No, you do not need to be home for your water delivery, provided our driver has clear access to your property, fill points and all pets are secure.

Our standard hoses can reach up to 50 meters from where the truck safely parks. If your tank or pool setup requires an exceptionally long run, please let us know during booking so we can pack additional lengths.

Our trucks can navigate most rural terrains, but steep inclines, tight tight turns, soft ground, or narrow gates can pose a challenge. If you have access concerns, let us know when ordering so we can plan the safest approach.

Pumping a standard tank load typically takes between 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the elevation and distance from the truck to your fill point.

Yes. If you have multiple water tanks, or on-site amenities close enough together, we can split a single truckload across them. Small fee applies

The water itself is completely safe. However, if you have a brand-new concrete or vinyl-lined pool installation, check with your pool builder first, as some delicate new surfaces need specific chemical balancing or curing times before use.

We recommend booking your next delivery when your household tank drops down to roughly a quarter full. Letting your tank run completely dry can pull sludge into your water pump filters or cause the pump to lose prime. Keep in mind that wait times can increase during the peak summer months.
